A Thought Changing Process to Transform Yourself 

My coaching, workshops and programs are based on my 3 Step Redesign Your Mind Process™.

1. Awareness

You will identify the thoughts, beliefs and feelings that are creating the non-productive habits and behaviors. Once you become aware of these thoughts, you will create new statements of beliefs that support your desired outcome. 

2.Activation

You will activate, or set your new beliefs in motion by using thought re-conditioning tools and processes.

3. Action

You will determine what actions you must take to create solid routines and self-management systems to clear the emotional clutter in your life and to initiate your ReDesign.

My coaching style is built on, what I call, self-management. Self-management encompasses self-awareness, self-care, and self-responsibility. These are the tools necessary to create and sustain change in your life.

Self-Awareness

You will learn how to use the tools of introspection and mindfulness to develop a clearer perception of your thoughts, beliefs and emotions and how they influence your behaviors. You will learn to tune in, and use this awareness to transform yourself and your experiences.

Self-Care

A healthy body, mind, and spirit are vital to being your best self. You will learn simple methods to nourish and restore yourself that will produce positive feelings, and build self-worth, in addition to a creating a healthier body.

 

Self-Responsibility

Self-responsibility is a choice to take ownership for yourself and for everything that happens in your life. You will learn how to be accountable for your creations and use your personal power to make the changes you desire from a position of strength.
